This coin is referenced in P. Kinns. “Review-Article: The Coinage of Miletus” in NC 146 (1986).

Miletus was an ancient Greek city near modern day Balat in the Aydin Province, Turkey. Prior to bering invaded by the Persians it was considered to be one of the greatest of Greek cities in antiquity.
