General: Almost nothing is known of Publius Clodius, son of Marcus Clodius, other that he was one of a quattuorvirate of the mint. That quattuorvirate, comprising L. Livineius Regulus, P. Clodius, L. Mussidius Longus, and C. Vibius Varus was appointed by the second triumvirate, the political alliance of Gaius Julius Caesar Octavianus, Marcus Antonius, and Marcus Aemilius Lepidus.
